Any help in finding the object of their search to fill the
post of Administrative Director
would be appreciated –
Primary responsibilities include the following:
- Lead master planning activities to expand campus facilities and student enrollment;
- Hire, mentor, and manage administrative staff;
- Implement, communicate and support board and program policies;
- Direct marketing, advertising, and public relations efforts for school programs, camps, and adult education programs;
- Act as the human resources manager;
- Oversee the development and management of the school budget;
- Oversee the setting of the yearly calendar;
- Oversee the maintenance, beautification, and continued improvement of the campus and buildings.
