To those who attended and to those who may be interested,
We met last week and decided to work our way through the Agriculture lectures by Rudolf Steiner. This is no easy feat but the results of or efforts promise to be an enriching experience for both practical, outer knowledge and an enhanced inner life.
For our next meeting which is scheduled for Tuesday, March 13 at 6:30 pm at 218 Merk Road in Corralitos, please read Lecture 1. Here is an online translation that will suffice:
http://wn.rsarchive.org/Lectures/GA327/English/BDA1958/19240607p01.html .
I personally like the Malcolm Gardner translation but you would need to purchase it…here's one option:
https://www.amazon.com/Agriculture-Spiritual-Foundations-Renewal/dp/093825037X.
Whatever you choose will be fine as different translations sometimes help to clarify difficult passages. Along those lines, if you are newer to BD and Anthroposophy, some of the languaging and terms will be unfamiliar. All I can say is do the best for now and bring your questions to the group as we will have plenty of time for discussion and insights. This work is not a "recipe" approach and even those who have studied it for decades can find new "aha moments" as understanding unfolds gradually. Feel free to contact me with any questions about this upcoming study.

On a related note, for those interested in the (already started but still open to newcomers) Biodynamic Herbalism study group, please contact Carin Fortin (carinfortin@me.com) for further details.

Looking Forward,

Delmar McComb
