Notes from A Workshop with Karen Nani Apana Ph.D
Karen Apana led a biography workshop with twenty-one participants in which the stages of life and significant markers were explored in terms of possible meaning for one’s spiritual development. During the two-day event participants practiced listening to each other’s stories, recalled significant events in early life, journaled about life questions, and expressed one’s personal search through drawing. Karen spoke about the connection between the after-death tableau and the way in which we can examine our lives as we are living them now through the lens of the seven year cycles that Rudolf Steiner, Carl Jung, and others have indicated.
